Domestic Shipping

Orders over $80 will receive FREE shipping through USA  

Orders under $80 will be charged a flat rate of $14.95 for shipping unless stated otherwise on the product page

International Shipping 

We can ship to most countries around the globe

Orders under $200USD will incur a shipping fee of $30USD 

Orders over $200USD will incur a shipping fee of $50USD

Shipping Policy 

Items are shipped out from our Belrose warehouse and we aim to dispatch orders within 3 days (this is subject to change during times of demand) 

Please ensure that your address is stated correctly - if you think you have made a mistake please contact us immediately 

Once the item is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email and once dispatched we are can not determine the time for delivery as it is subject to our delivery partner

If the item arrives damaged please use our Contact Us form accompanied with images of the product

We do not accept damaged shipping claims if the product has had the labels removed or if it has been used. 

Returns and Exchanges

 

We adhere to a 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we aren't able to offer a refund or exchange, unless it is deemed faulty from our warranty guidelines.

To return your unused product, please contact us and a customer service consultant will be able to review your request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. This includes the shipment to the Cheeki warehouse and the shipping costs back to the customer.  If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the order will be deducted from your refund.

This policy applies to both our Arch Support Thongs and Hydration products.

 

Refunds 

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
